Innovating Minds is working in Coventry and Warwickshire to deliver ‘Progress’, a brand new tailored programme of coaching and support to help NEET (not in employment, education or training) and at risk of NEET young people across Coventry and Warwickshire access training and employment opportunities. ‘Progress’, is a part of ‘Building Better Opportunities’ – a programme funded by the European Social Fund and the Big Lottery Fund to tackle poverty and social exclusion faced by the most disadvantaged people in England.
The programme has been designed to help young people aged 15 – 24 years improve their chances of employment by offering them coaching support and bespoke activities in order to build skills and confidence and ultimately put them on the right path to a successful future.
We offer evidence-based psychological interventions such as cognitive behaviour therapy and behaviour activation therapy. The approach is tailored to each case and delivered by qualified, experienced professionals who will challenge perceived barriers and encourage aspiration. The offer includes one to one therapy sessions, anxiety management group programme and managing low mood and depression group programme.
